Tirzepatide is a double receptor agonist that targets the receptors of GIP and GLP-1. By combining the effects of native GIP and GLP-1 with glucagon receptor activation, it exerts a broad appetite-suppressing and metabolic impact. Tirzepatide targets multiple receptors in the body, including GLP-1 and GIP whereas semaglutide only targets the GLP-1 receptor. This broader targeting allows Tirzepatide to potentially offer greater weight loss and metabolic benefits than semaglutide.

Dosing:
Initial dose: 2.5 mg subcutaneously once a week for 4 weeks, then  5mg subcutaneously once a week if needed, increasing to a maximum of 20 mg per week.

To reconstitute:
1. Buy our bacteriostatic water listing:  or use any sterile water and purchase 31g insulin syringes.
2. Add 2ml or 200 units (based on insulin syringe) and shake the bottle up until all powder is absorbed
3. Every 0.2 ml is 2 mg / 0.1 ml is 1 mg.
